We aim to complete all jobs as quickly as possible but most jobs will be completed within a 3 week turn around this includes the shipping of the item to and from the customer and the work to be carried out.
These services are to be selected by customers who are outside of the warranty period of their LANX. Should you have a warranty query please contact the customer service team at  who will be happy to answer any queries.
All prices are inclusive of work that needs to be carried out and shipping both to and from the customer.
This service is to be selected if the hook and loops on your LANX need to be replaced. Please note that this is only applicable to certain styles and otherwise the Eyelet repair service will need to be selected.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
